Here’s a broad overview of what to expect:

Bespoke care - 2 x 1:1 one hour calls with Jemima - one before and one after the retreat

Thursday 17th October - Arrival - arrive anytime after 12:00. Settle in, swim in the pool, walk to the beach. Soak up your surroundings. In the evening will be ‘Welcome and Introduction’

Friday 18th - The Past - a dive into the past, what’s been blocking you and why.

Saturday 19th October - The Present - looking into what’s working and what’s not.

Sunday 20th October - The Future - creating the world that you want and how to do it.

Monday 21st October - Departure - closing and next steps

Jemima will be leading group sessions, you will also be allocated a ‘buddy’ to work through tasks and exercises together.

Nicola will be holding some gentle movement sessions and will be available for 1:1 consultations.

Annie will be providing delicious, nutritious meals and snacks throughout your stay.

You will come home feeling energised, supported and ready to ease into the life you really want to create with a toolbox of techniques and processes to help you attain and maintain it.
